Surprise! I'm Doing The A To Z Challenge With The Theme of Sci Fi and Fantasy Soundtrack Favorites!


I wasn't going to do this. I totally wasn't going to do this, but then I remembered the promise I made, that I was going to do this. Just how exactly do I be true to myself and others if I took the easy road and sat on the cosmic sidelines? Pretty lousy, I'd imagine. Plus I need to get back into the game and this is the kick in the chain mail I need.

And now, for my first A to Z challenge ever (as a soundtrack junkie who must listen to something without lyrics when writing), I shall highlight my favorite and most motivational tracks from various science fiction and fantasy movies, games, or TV shows. Huzzah!

Every day in the month of April (except Sundays), I will share my favorite track from a movie, game, or TV show that begins with that letter of the alphabet. Participants, feel free to listen to the track while you visit other blogs. Here's an epic preview to warm us up!

    I like it! A subtle little interlude to set the blood boiling, the mind racing and the fingers tapping on the keyboard. I feel like munching on a fire-roasted leg o' lamb.

    Glad to see you signed up for the Blogging from A to Z Challenge, David! My husband and boys play lots of games that I don't understand (like "Elder Scrolls") but I do enjoy a lot of the music!

    My theme is a daily haiku, which now doesn't seem quite so exciting, but at least my posts should be short and sweet.
