Post: LTUE, inkPageant, And Members!

Doesn't this poster look fabulous? The only thing cooler than this is the symposium itself. And it's only a few days away! It's a great and reasonably priced opportunity to meet writers, amazing authors, and even an agent or editor, or two. I know I'll bring a few books that need Dan Wells', Brandon Sanderson's, and James Dashner's signature, and meet a debut or three. But that's not all that's going down. If you're coming, you get to meet The inkPagent Team!

You guys may be tired of us by now, but hear me out. The people responsible for the blogging aggregator web site have acquired a table that you can visit throughout the symposium. If there's anything you'd like to know about web design, Darren can help. Looking for tips on blogging and platform building through social media? I'll do my best. And LaChelle ... she's bringing cookies!

"That's good enough for me!"

We'll be there to introduce inkPageant (this will be our first conference), explain what it is, and let people and fellow bloggers know the kind of posts we're looking for.

But that's not all! Any time during the symposium, at the table or anywhere you find us, we're offering ...

LIVE CRITIQUES!

Bring a query letter, some flash fiction, or the first page of your MS (printed), and we'll review it with you!

(We also have the scoop on a hot new press in town)

Look for lava lamps. It'll be groovy. See you there!

Update: Okay. I wasn't able to get to 20K on Dragon's, but I did get another chapter in. With a new CP group and organizing inkPageant with LTUE, you can bet my time is spent (and will be spent) this week. Instead of an advice column Friday, I'll provide a rundown of the symposium (with pictures). Stay tuned for awesome!

Will you be at LTUE? If not, any panels you'd like me to cover (schedule here)? Favorite cookies?

I'm David, and there's no pie left - bummer!
