Lol my nigella stays on my bread but this post makes me warrant it a go! You!! You write! Fiction! Fantasy and sic-fi! You have a soft spot for zombies!!
Oh my god. And I thought guys like you never existed *prays*
This is hilarious! I love the mond-blown pic. As for me, I'm ashamed to admit, I make hot chocolate the cheesy way: with Swiss Miss packets *cringing now* BTW, thaks for posting my cover! I look forward to your post on it.
I prefer milk to water for my cocoa, and the TV show Once Upon a Time has turned me on to adding cinnamon. And over Thanksgiving my sister introduced me to Steven's cocoa powder--it'd probably the best I've had. I've never tried Nutella, I might have to go for it.
Nutella? Must say I've haven't given it a shot as of yet. But I ADORE a mountain of real spray whipped cream on top, and the delectableness of Stephen's hot cocoa beneath! Crumb! I'm all out of whipped cream. I better call and order some from my special delivery service — AKA my husband!
Hot chocolate beats coffee for me any day. I like hot chocolate made with real chocolate and lots of marshmallows. They're so nice when they melt. Mmmm. I've never tried Nutella in hot chocolate, though it's so nice I'd eat it straight from the jar if I could. I must try it. You seem to be starting a new trend!
Hi David, this was a tasty enough post. Made me drool, tho' I'm a coffee freak. Only cocoa I take is in a bar of chocolate or in a chocolate cake, the more the better! Thanks for the heads up on the pitch contest. I suck at writing them.
I like my cocoa like I like my men... wow that joke could go SO many places... but we'll go with... I like my cocoa like I like my men, a little marshmellowy ;)
I like my cocoa made by a Costa or Starbucks. I just can't do it justice, even with a lovely recipe like yours to help me. And I don't like Nutella, so that wouldn't help me either.
Mmm, I love hot chocolate! DH even got me a hot chocolate maker for last Christmas, and we use it all the time. Makes for some interesting ingredient experiments--you might want to try a little chili pepper some time, it's awesome!
OMG! I LOVE NUTELLA! That is such a brilliant idea.
ReplyDeleteMan I really wish I had some now...
I'm not a cocoa hater, but I know how I'm making it next time.
ReplyDeleteI've never tried Nutella, but this sounds delicious! I like Ghiradelli hot cocoa with whipped cream and a peppermint stick.
ReplyDeleteHope you have are having a fantastic week! Good luck with the contest!

I'm at a loss to figure out what the item is under the marshmallows....but nutella? David that's not even really chocolate!
ReplyDeletePersonally I substitute marshmallows with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It makes a lovely foam at the top in addition to adding a nice creamy body.
This is a dangerous recipe. Nutella is like crack for me.
ReplyDeleteI don't think that drink is low in calories, which means it must be good!
ReplyDeletenutella = girl nut
ReplyDeletecocoa = yum squared =)
Never tried it with Nutella. And last I checked, our marshmellows were similar in consistency to rocks. Yeah, think they need to go...
ReplyDeleteI LOVE hot chocolate so much that I even drink it in the summer!

ReplyDeleteNow, I'm seriously craving chocolate!
ReplyDeleteHahaha... that Mind Blown picture is pretty freaky... you sure there's not another ingredient you're keeping from us? :P
ReplyDeleteNutella? Yeah you just gave away your Utah roots right there. Next you'll post pics of funeral potatoes and Jell-O.
ReplyDeleteHehehe. For the record, I love Nutella. Especially on crepes <== you must try this if you have never done so. It will change your life.
