Word Rouse: Fraught

There was some confusion last night as to what this word means. My previous conception of the word was that it meant distress or frustration. After a moment's research, it seems that I was partially right. So, without further ado, here is the word for the week.

Fraught

1: (adjective) marked by distress or tension (often emotional), accompanied by something or full of, and (in an old fashion way), laden.
2: (noun) an old way of saying freight, load, or well supplied.
